Compose, arrange and transpose music scores for various parts of the orchestration and instruments such as Harpsichord, Piano, Synth, etc. Listen to your creations and print them when they're ready.

Finale NotePad is an application that lets you compose, arrange or transpose music scores for different instruments in a very easy way. The program lets you browse among different categories so you can choose exactly the one you need. For example, you can click on the Keyboards category and choose if you want to write a score for Piano, Harpsicord, Synth, and more.

Once you have chosen the corresponding instrument, you can select the key and the time signature, as well as the amount of measures.

The program's interface is very straightforward and easy to use. Once you have the score, you only need to drag the type of note (whole, half, quarter, and so on) and drop it in on its corresponding place. The program also has a player so you can hear your music piece. It is possible to print it too.

All in all, it is a good program for music composers and arrangers. Please note that you need some music knowledge regarding notes, key signatures, tempo, and so on to take full advantage of the application’s features.

The program is free to download and use. You can register your copy to get access to more features such as technical support, information about other products, and more.
